Committee of Adjustment

THAT the agenda dated August 6th, 2019 be approved. CAO#20/2019

That the Committee of Adjustment Minutes of July 2nd, 2019 be adopted as circulated. CAO#21/2019

THAT WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment has considered a request from William Prahl for a minor variance on Concession 12, Part Lot 16, RP29R-8200, Part 1, Geographic Township of Denbigh, located at 564 Slate Falls Road; AND WHEREAS the applicant is seeking relief from Zoning By-law 0212/2006 and By-law amendment 0310/2010, section 4.1.6.2 requiring a maximum height of an accessory structure be 4.5 metres in the Rural Residential (RR) Zone; AND WHEREAS the applicant proposes to construct an accessory building with a maximum height of 9.75 metres in order to accommodate storage of an RV; AND WHEREAS notice of application was provided to the County of Lennox & Addington; KFL&A Public Health and all property owners within 60 metres of the property; AND WHEREAS the Committee has considered all comments; AND WHEREAS the Committee has not received nor heard any objections; AND WHEREAS the Committee is satisfied the proposed development meets the four tests of a minor variance as it, meets the intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is desirable for the development of the land and deemed to be minor; NOW THEREFORE the Committee of Adjustment does hereby approve minor variance application MV 2019/02 with the following conditions: 1.That all building permit applications be consistent with the minor variance, any deviation from these specifications may require subsequent review and approval by the Township and any other governing agency or regulations where applicable. AND FURT

THAT the Committee of Adjustment meeting be declared adjourned at 6:54 pm. CAO#23/2019
