Committee of Adjustment

THAT the Committee of Adjustment meeting agenda dated November 3, 2020 be corrected to reference 1417 Hughes Landing Road with respect to File# MV 2020/03 and further that Staff Report MV 2020/01 be changed to MV 2020/03. COA#17/2020

THAT it be resolved that Minor Variance Application File # MV 2020/03 be approved and set out in the Notice of Decision subject to the Conditions noted in the Planning and Staff Reports. COA#19/2020

THAT it be resolved that the reports prepared by the Secretary-Tr., IBI Group and corresponding comments regarding File# SEV 2020/02 be received and further; THAT it be resolved that having conferred with all prescribed agencies as set out in Section 53(10) of the Planning Act and having regard to those matters prescribed in Section 51(24) of the Planning Act, the Township of Addington Highlands Committee of Adjustment has reached the following Decision: 1. THAT the application shall be deemed to be refused if all conditions have not been satisfied and a document (deed) presented to the Committee for certificate insertion, within one (1) year from the date of the Notice of Decision; 2. THAT the land being severed be described by a Reference Plan, deposited in the Land Registry office and provided to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality, in duplicate, verifying the measurements in metric and showing the full extent to which consent has been given; 3. That subsections 50(3) and 50(5) of the Planning Act, 1990, apply to any subsequent conveyance of or transaction involving the parcel to be added; 4. THAT the severed lands be rezoned so that the whole of the resulting lot is in the Hamlet Residential (HR) Zone; 5. THAT the retained lands be rezoned to recognize the reduced lot frontage and reduced interior side yard setback for an existing accessory structure; 6. THAT all taxes, debentures, or other amounts owing to the Township of Addington
