THAT the Committee of Adjustment approves the application according to the recommendations. AND FURTHER THAT the report prepared by the Deputy Clerk/Planning Secretary be received and further that the report prepared by Nancy Wartman of IBI Group be received. AND FURTHER THAT Minor Variance Application 2021/01 - Burtnyk, shall hereby be approved as per the decision dated March 2, 2021; AND THAT all building permit applications be consistent with the minor variance, any deviation from these specifications may require subsequent review and approval by the Township and any other governing agency or regulations where applicable; AND THAT the proposed garage shall be located as shown in the Conceptual Site Plan submitted with the subject application; AND THAT the proposed garage shall not be used for human habitation.
