Fritsch THAT it be resolved that the reports prepared by the Secretary Treasurer, IBI Group and corresponding comments regarding File# SEV2021/01 be received and further; THAT it be resolved that having conferred with all prescribed agencies as set out in Section 53(10) of the Planning Act and having regard to those matters prescribed in Section 51(24) of the Planning Act, the Township of Addington Highlands Committee of Adjustment has reached the following Decision: THAT application SEV# 2021/01 requesting separation and conveyance of a parcel of land as described, be given the Committee's consent when the following imposed conditions have been met: THAT the application shall be deemed to be refused if all conditions have not been satisfied and a document (deed) presented to the Committee for Certificate insertion, within one (1) year from the date of the Notice of Decision; THAT the land being severed is described by a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry office and provided to the Secretary Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality in duplicate, verifying the measurements in metric, which has been dated and signed by an Ontario Land Surveyor, showing the full extent to which consent has been given; THAT the severed land be deeded as a lot addition and registered on title in the exact same name in which the abutting land to the west is registered. A copy of the purchasers registered deed for their abutting land is to be submitted to the Township
