THAT it be resolved that the report prepared by the Secretary-Treasurer and IBI Group as well as the corresponding comments regarding File# MV 2021/09 be received and further that it be resolved that Minor Variance Application File # MV 2021/09 be approved subject to the following conditions and described in the decision with the reasons for making the decision being the application is considered minor in nature, desirable and appropriate, and maintains the intent and purpose of the Township of Addington highlands Official Plan and Zoning By-law 0212/2006. The proposed accessory building shall be located as shown in the Conceptual Site Plan submitted with the subject application; That the garage be constructed as shown on the sketch submitted with the application; The accessory structure shall not be used for human habitation unless the necessary permissions and approvals are obtained from the municipality.
