THAT it be resolved that the report prepared by the Deputy Clerk/Planning Secretary be received and further that Part Lot 32, Concession 7 in the Geographic Township of Ashby being described as approximately 1.83 acres be offered for sale by public tender with a minimum bid price of $13,500 plus HST and further that all associated costs such as advertising, appraisal and legal fees be the responsibility of the purchaser. 591/18
