THAT it be resolved that the request from Arndt Kruger for Council to consider a By-law to regulate outdoor illumination in order to preserve the dark sky environment be received and further that staff be requested to investigate to see what other municipalities have in place to regulate this and to report back to Council with options. #116/19

THAT it be resolved that the request from Elaine Large to continue on with the yoga classes oroginally started by Heather Inwood Montrose on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 in a classroom at the Addington Highlands Community Centre - Denbigh beginning March 5, 2019 be received and further that the space continue to rented out at $20 per session. #117/19

THAT it be resolved that the request from Quinte Conservation Authority to provide a letter of support regarding their funding application under the Climate Change Innovations Program be received and approved. #118/19

THAT it be resolved that the Minutes from the February 5, 2019 meeting of the AHEAD Committee be received. #120/19

THAT it be resolved that the minutes from the January 16, 2019 meeting of the Kaladar/Barrie Joint Fire Committee be received. #121/19

THAT it be resolved that once the Kaladar Waste Site is converted to a transfer station that all garbage being brought in to the site be compacted and that the Township haul the garbage away. #122/19

THAT it be resolved that staff be requested to look into design options for the Trepanier Bridge. #123/19

THAT it be resolved that the report prepared by the Roads and Waste Management Supervisor be received and further that staff be requested to prepare a By-law restricting the weight on the Trepanier Bridge for enactment at the next regular Council meeting. #124/19

THAT it be resolved that the report entitled "Pregnancy and Parental Leave for Members of Council" be received and further that the Policy be adopted #125/19

THAT it be resolved that the accounts as of February 15, 2019 appended to the Minutes as Appendix "A" thereto be approved as circulated #126/19

THAT it be resolved that By-law #0599/2019 be passed pursuant to three readings thereof and be signed and sealed. #127/19

THAT it be resolved that a closed meeting be held for the purpose of adopting closed meeting minutes of February 5, 2019 and February 11, 2019 and to discuss labour relations and to conduct an interview for the CBO/MLEO/Facilities Manager position. #128/19

THAT it be resolved that By-law #0600/2019 be passed pursuant to three readings thereof and be signed and sealed #129/19
