THAT it be resolved that the report prepared by the Deputy Clerk / Planning Secretary be received and further that Staff be directed to advise the MNRF that the Municipality will proceed with purchasing the lands currently leased from the Crown further described as Lease #3952 on the Hughes Landing Road and Lease #4072 on the Hartsmere Road. # 150-19

THAT it be resolved that Council appoint Adam Arney as the Alternate CEMC for the Township of Addington Highlands; and further that the Fire Chief be authorized to file a Form 4-1 to EMO removing Morgan Alcock and adding Adam Arney as Alternate CEMC; and further that the Fire Chief be authorized to amend the Emergency Plan to remove Morgan Alcock and add Adam Arney as Alternate CEMC. # 151-19

THAT it be resolved that a closed meeting be held for the purpose of adopting closed meeting minutes of February 19, 2019 and February 27, 2017 and to discuss labour relations and personal information about an identifiable individual and to discuss recommendations received from the Solicitor regarding a legal matter. #157/19
